Jim & I have known each other since school, however you could say he and I are school sweethearts.

At first, Jim and I didn’t like each other too much, but that changed in our senior year.

Jim asked me to a school dance, & I even surprised myself by saying yes, then from then on, Jim and I were connected by the hip, & had a wonderful time. After graduation, I chose to go to beauty school since I wanted to focus on doing professional makeup… Jim was off to train to become a roofing supplier. Jim joined a local community college that offers beginner courses for roofers who want to have a good job in the roofing industry. It took some time to complete the training necessary to become a licensed roofing supplier, but Jim made it. It didn’t take even two months before she found labor with a local roofing dealer, & I am so proud of Jim. She works as a roofing supplier in the neighborhood specializing in residential roofing. However, Jim plans on going back to school so she can increase her knowledge about commercial roofing. It’s been quite interesting watching her roofing job take off, & the cash is good. Jim and I are renting an apartment in the neighborhood where I do make up for my customers during the day. The plan is to save up so I can set up my own studio soon, but for now, I’m fantastic at working from home. Jim is constantly away on bizarre roofing jobs so I can have my customers over from 8 am to 6 pm. I can’t wait to see Jim start working on commercial roofing jobs in the near future.

It’s been over 2 years since I relocated to an up-to-date neighborhood for work… I constantly thought I’d live in the same neighborhood where I was born for the rest of my days. My family & friends were all there, so it made sense that I would remain there forever. But, life has changed, & this meant I had to move & transfer to another town. When the pandemic hit, I lost my job, & for some time I lived at the apartment with my folks. Then, I applied & got a job in another city. This came as a surprise because I never thought about it my wildest dream this would happen. But, the job was mine, & the pay scale was amazing. I relocated, stayed in an apartment for 6 months, & found a place I wanted to buy. It’s been amazing residing in this house, & at 1st I had to handle some roofing problems. It was pressing. I found a roofing contractor near me since the roof had a few leaks. It rained that first summer, & that’s when I noticed it. Many people told me to go for roof updates if possible to prevent any more problems! However, paying for an up-to-date roof is no walk in the park, & it requires a lump sum of cash to complete. So, I consulted with a local roofing supplier on this matter. They said I could go with roof repair, then get an up-to-date roof when I had the cash for it. This worked out so well, & now, I’m in a financial position to have roofers come over & update my ancient roof next week.

Amy has been on the hunt for a favorable & affordable lake household for over 5 years! Many people would have given up on the search by now, however the local housing market has been quite stunning, & the prices are constantly on the rise.

This is even worse on properties like lakeside houses that people put more value on… But, Amy knew she’d find her dream property, & she was ready to wait for as long as necessary.

Amy has such fond memories of spending time with her dad at the lake, & she constantly said she’d live in a lakeside house, but well, fortunately for her, she managed to come across the right apartment thanks to her friend, and Amy’s friend had a cousin who was relocating abroad & at the last minute she decided to sell her lake house. Amy went to see the apartment & didn’t suppose twice about proceeding with the purchase. There were a few things Amy had to handle to make it livable, but that was straight-forward to do. Among the upgrades included siding repair. The siding on the lakeside household was wood, & part of it was missing. Amy came to learn that this lake household was only in use during summer, so it sort of stood neglected for some time. That explained why she had to hire someone to take care of the siding repair; On top of that, Amy had to get them to do roof maintenance since there was a bit of a leak. One day Amy might need to go with roof updatement, but for now, roof maintenance will help keep the lakeside household in fantastic condition.

If you’re at all like me then you are thinking about investing in a corporate rental property.

When renting a property as corporate housing you want it to be financially beneficial, which means it comes with some disadvantages that need to be considered. For example, in order to rent a living space as a corporate apartment, one must first decide the target market you would like to reach. There are properties like executive rentals that are marketed to high profile clients. And there are properties that are targeted to the everyday renter. If you choose to rent to high profile clients, then the property must be high-priced plus aesthetically beautiful. This means you’ll need to spend extra time plus currency to guarantee that the furnishing is impeccable, plus it’s better that the rental spot comes with a lot of world-class amenities. These properties are not so easy to manage or maintain as they require a more hands-on approach. On the other hand, if your targeted renters are traditional workers, then the home could be less high-priced plus more like a normal rental home. While these corporate apartments are easier to maintain, they still require their own level of special attention. All in all, whether you rent luxury corporate housing or average corporate rental apartments, there will need to be some level of involvement in maintaining the properties. Both styles of properties can be honestly profitable plus will generate a lot more income than an hotel or AirBnB rental. And managing both styles of properties come with advantages plus disadvantages. But that’s standard with just about everything.

My fiance Ed is a traveling doctor, plus one of the most pressing things on his list is to find a good locale to stay whenever he travels.

Ed prefers to stay in sections that are close to the hospital plus also close to lots of recreational facilities.

As a traveling doctor, Ed wants to be comfortable in his living space, especially since Ed works long hours plus needs to find peace when he gets home. So, wherever Ed chooses to live, it must have comfortable furnishings. In addition, Ed constantly chooses an home that is close to the downtown section plus close to a park plus a gymnasium. Sometimes Ed gets blessed plus there is a fitness center plus a pool inside the local home complex. The fine news is, there is corporate housing which is rented by owners that are recognizably for traveling doctors plus they fit Ed’s needs. These corporate apartments are fully furnished plus respectfully located in remote areas that have lots of outdoor activities. But the best part about the furnished corporate apartments is that they can be rented for a few afternoons, a few weeks, or even for extended month-long stays. The flexibility is good because at times, Ed doesn’t know for sure how long his assignment will last. There are some work assignments that will last for a week, while others could last for up to 2 months, or longer. Being a traveling doctor isn’t easy for Ed because he’s away from home. But at least, when Ed’s away, it’s fine to know that he has a comfortable locale to sleep after his super long shifts.
