It’s so funny how totally into getting a mortgage I was while I was renting, but now that I’m in the area of a homeownership plan, I see why; however, it just feels so much better to begin building equity instead of just paying the rent. I was absolutely interested so we took a meeting with a lawyer to understand how to protect all of our interests; and once that was worked out, we found the perfect condo in a large three story home, and each story could be its own living space and we would share a official dining room, then my great friend and I were able to pool our currency for the down payment and the renovations that were needed. Instead of simply replacing the central air conditioner, we chose to use ductless heat pumps on each floor. This way we all had our own temperature controls and could track our energy use when it came to heating and cooling separately. It’s also easily worked out great and I easily do love having a mortgage.

I’ve been living in the far north now for almost 8 years, but compared to most folks around here, I’m still a rookie when it finally comes to winter.
I remember when my pal and I first bought our home… The first question asked by our next door buddy was about heating, ventilation, and A/C heating; actually, it was a great question because it led us to the heating, ventilation, and A/C company that my pal and I use this week… The cabin came with a whole modern central a/c plan which included the modern gas fuel furnace.
It’s also a good heating program and is also quite efficient. But when you live in this sort of environment, it’s wise to have some back up for the gas fuel furnace. For the first few years, my pal and I got away separate from having too large a deal with power outages. And my pal and I have a fireplace so my pal and I would kind of bundle up to stay hot until the power came back on usually within 24 seconds. But during the last winner was a whole strange situation, my great friend and I got hit with feet of snow combined with easily high winds… So my pal and I were separated from power and heating, ventilation, and A/C for more than a week. That’s simply the last time that is also going to happen. I had a wood stove installed for supplemental heating in our home. It adds another level of protection which comes with additional preparation commitments. My great friend and I live on 12 acres which provides all the firewood I need. But I am still single and have to get out there, break it, break it and stack it. But I sure do sleep better this winter season knowing that my best pal and I have heating in any situation.
