I don’t know how it got there, or even if it was there when we moved in; All I know is that when the HVAC specialist arrived to labor on the a/c unit, we were both horrified at what he found! Every one of us were so scared that both of us laughed until we were holding our sides… He said he had never seen the carcass of a dead rat before, & finding 1 inside the a/c device was so horrible that he screamed.

I had never screamed love that before, either, but neither of us expected to see a dead rat, in or around the a/c unit, although he had to find out where it came from, i distraught that some of the noise we heard in the HVAC duct was rats running inside it. I couldn’t figure out how the rats could get in there, the HVAC specialist told me it took a quarter sized hole for a rat to get in. He was going to look at the HVAC duct & see if there were any holes in the HVAC duct.He shook his head & said the rat wasn’t in the HVAC duct. Somehow, it had gotten into the a/c device itself. He didn’t guess the fins were large enough for it to squeeze inside, however stranger things had happened. He got rid of the remains & diagnosed the a/c unit. He said if we heard any more noises, we should call him & he would come out & do a complete inspection of the system.

I was out shopping around for a brand new central heating and air conditioner and was surprised to see that the store I was in actually had nothing however the best in new heating and air conditioners and new heating and air conditioner products in general! This was not something I was expecting, however usually they have all kinds of heating and air conditioners! From the new undoubtedly best to the older and not so good heating and air conditioners! But this heat and air conditioner dealership was keen on nothing however the undoubtedly best in new heating and air conditioners and heating and air conditioner products! I have to say I was undoubtedly impressed, but the only downside to all of this was that they were all full priced and had nothing on sale. This was something that kept myself and others from buying a brand new and new central heating and air conditioner that morning, however i was honestly looking for sales. I wanted to find a high end central heating and air conditioner on sale, however what I may end up doing is holding off another month or so and then going back to this heat and air conditioner dealership to see if they end up having any sales on brand new and new central heating and air conditioners! Hopefully it will happen… Otherwise at least I suppose the nice heating and air conditioner brands and I will just look elsewhere for the sales!

Before COVID hit I was a gym rat.

I went to the gym seven, eight, even 9 times a week! I took classes, I lifted weights, I hit the sauna and the steam room, then mostly, I lived the culture of the gym… All of my friends were people I met at the gym, and I never went on dates or did anything else but work out and hang around the fitness center.

COVID stopped all of that, so it was a major adjustment for my lifestyle, then not only was I alone, but I was eating a lot more calories and not working out! I had to put together a lake lake house gym, which entailed enhancing the indoor air pollen levels of my home, and part of the reason I loved the gym so much was the killer a/c and superior air quality. My favorite thing to do at the gym was to find a piece of device located directly beneath an air vent. The weather conditions control system at the gym uses the same kind of giant air vents that you see in sports stadiums and sites. As I worked out, I would be bathed in ice-chilly air blowing from the air vent above, and it was transcendent. The lake lake house gym just couldn’t compete with that! My central Heating plus Air Conditioning system at lake lake house is relaxing for a house, but not on the same level I expect from a gym. I purchased a smaller, portable a/c for the room, which I run in conjunction with the central Heating plus Air Conditioning. It’s still not relaxing enough, but it’s better.

Do you think the difference between the seasons of Summer, Fall, and Spring in the Deep South region of the country? It’s a joke, because there is no difference between those several seasons! During the coldest days of Winter time I might experience a few weeks of frigid weather, however nothing that a hoodie and a hat can’t handle.

I have lived in the south my whole life, until a few weeks ago when I moved into the far north to be with my long-distance wifey.

I am still in the middle of my transition, and getting used to the fact that I need to use a furnace almost every day. In my aged home I could go for weeks on end without ever using the furnace once! Up here in the great colorless north the home doesn’t even have an a/c, because it is so rarely needed. Not only is there a substantial central furnace in the place, however there are also multiple back-up systems in place. In the basement there is an antique furnace that hasn’t been used in over a decade. Allegedly it’s still functional, however this furnace is so aged and dusty I don’t even want to touch it. Also I have a tile fireplace in the front room of the home. I enjoy the program of a tile fireplace, however it does seem enjoy a lot of labor when I could just click the control machine instead. The fact that I have several weird furnaces, and there is no a/c at all, still seems crazy to me!

I draw a strenuous line on saving money when it comes to the Heating plus A/C system in my house. I love to save money just as much as the next person does, that’s for sure. I am regularly trying to figure out new ways to save money. Whether it’s a sale or a special or clipping coupons, I am regularly trying to pinch my pennies. I recognize that it is the best way to live honestly. I have never certainly splurged on anything at all. I don’t buy expensive wallets or shoes or anything love that. All of my clothes come from minutehand shops, plus I am totally nice with that. I’ve also never purchased a brand new car before. Honestly, the only thing that I ever certainly don’t mind spending money on is the heating plus cooling system in my house. I am a person who thinks that the indoor air quality in my lake house is the most important thing of all. Over the years, I have spent all kinds of money on making sure that the indoor air quality of my lake house is the best that it can possibly be. I also spent quite a bit on installing a whole lake house media air cleaner. I also schedule bi-quarterly check-ups for my heating plus cooling system, because I regularly want to make sure that the repair never goes undone. Some people may recognize that I spend too much money for official routine repair, but I don’t recognize that is the case at all. I know that it’s worth it when it comes to my air quality.
