My spouse, Vince, and I obtained our first cabin about three years ago, and my buddy and I had been married for over ten years at that point, but my associate and I never settled into one part long enough to buy a cabin there.

My buddy and I had to transport quite a bit because of my spouse’s job! I am so thankful that she switched positions at her job, so that my associate and I could actually settle down and buy a home.

It is sort of an older type home. It has lots of room as opposed to an open floor plan. I actually prefer the more traditional type home, so I prefer our house, however there are five home offices upstairs, and the downstairs part is actually large and homey. My buddy and I also have a big basement! Even though the kids each have their own home office, they particularly wanted somewhere to rough house and play together. My buddy and I decided that the basement would be perfect for that. The only issue with using the basement was that it got particularly chilly down there during the wintertime. There was no heat down there, so my associate and I had to come up with our own heating system. My buddy and I had two electric space boilers that my associate and I tried putting down there, but it just did not split it. It is such a big area, and those electric space boilers only got it up to around fifty degrees. I know the kids would have been nice with that, however I wanted it to be a bit warmer for them. My buddy and I eventually decided on getting a propane fireplace to go down there. It works great, and along with one of the electric heaters, it keeps the basement at about seventy degrees.

I know I tend to affectionateize the past, but I absolutely think that I had an amazing childhood.

I was one of those few children who enjoyed school. I did not cherish it for the sake of learning though. I enjoyed it for the friends that I had there. There was regularly something that I did not like about school plus that was how cold the school was kept. The only room that was regularly moderate was the lunch room, so it was my number one “class” of the day. I can remember several times asking my instructors if they would turn the temperature up just a little, plus they regularly responded that they were sizzling because they were constantly walking around. No matter what time of the year it was, I regularly wore a long sleeved shirt plus a jacket throughout the school. It was so cold. I had one update instructor who did not like it so cold in the classrooms, so she would regularly mess with the temperature control, plus I tried to make sure that I thanked her for it. I think it is concerned that my friend and I had to go to school plus freeze, however it was simply the way that things were. I asked my mom if her school was the same way when she was growing up, plus she said that it was not that way however quite the opposite. It was regularly entirely moderate especially during gym class. I am not sure what would be worse, being too cold at school or being too warm. My children never complain about the temperature at school, so I am glad that they are satisfied.

I genuinely cherish sleeping in a cool family room. I absolutely have gotten so used to sleeping in a cool family room that I cannot sleep separate from air conditioning on. I live down south, plus it never absolutely gets cold, so I cannot just open the window plus let in cool air. I purchased a new air conditioning for my room recently, plus it keeps my room so cool. I cherish walking into a cool family room when it is time to go to sleep. I do not like traveling because that means I have to stay in a room that is easily not as cool as mine is. I visit my parents every year around the holidays, plus I usually stay for about a week. I cherish seeing my family, but I never absolutely got a good night’s sleep while I was there. They did not have there air conditioning on of course because it was the end of December, but I am so used to having a cool room that I just cannot sleep separate from an air conditioning… Last Christmas, I decided to buy a portable air conditioning to bring with me to my parents house. I did not open the air conditioning until late the first night when almost everyone was in bed. I could not figure out how to toil the thing. It took me ten minutes to get it on. I set it plus tried to go to sleep, however it was absolutely moderate in my room all night. The next afternoon I found out that I had the furnace on instead of the air conditioning. I did not even know that it could heat. I study the entire instruction manual the next day, so I knew how to toil it, plus I have had no trouble sleeping at my parents since.

My hubby & I moved halfway across the country about two years ago because he was offered a good position in a current business.

• I then had to find a current job which I did not look forward to, however thankfully, I found one within a weeks of searching.

I have a higher paying job which is nice, but I have to say that more than 2 of my coworkers are quite hard to get along with. I left a job filled with friends, & I just do not see myself developing more than 2 friendships here. I do have one loyal friend that I am thankful for, however the rest of my coworkers seem to dislike their jobs & their lives. I have had trouble lately with the temperature in my office. I set the temperature control just where I want it to be, however it consistently ends up in a uncommon location by the end of the morning. One of my coworkers told me that she saw another coworker going into my office to put some papers on my desk while in my dinner break, & he was the only person who went into my office besides me that entire morning. I hated to recommend that he had been messing with my temperature control, but I could not come up with any other logical explanation. I did something quite naughty last year & set up a camera in my office so that when I went to dinner split I could see what went on. Sure enough, that same coworker as last year dropped some things off in my office & turned my temperature control up. I do not understand why, but I am going to have to report him now that I have video evidence.

I care about my pets, & I would never even dream of getting rid of them, however they can undoubtedly be a handful & a half at times.

• I have a female pet that likes to run & jump & get into just about anything & everything! My little, male puppy is quite the opposite of my older female, and he is the calmest puppy that I have ever seen, & he undoubtedly behaves very well.

I keep my A/C remote in the same location all of the time, so when I went to go pick it up off of the side table, I was surprised that it was not there. I thought for sure the pets had taken it & chewed it up somewhere. I searched the entire condo & found nothing. I was then convinced that I must not have put it back where it was supposed to go, so I looked in the couch cushions & under all of my furniture. I still could not find it, so I decided that I would order a current one. I searched online for my particular air conditioner, & found that the remote would cost about twenty dollars. I did not want to pay it, but I figured I did not have a choice… Just as I was about to order it, I heard one of my pets barking, so I went to check on him & found that he was chewing up his pet bed. I stopped him & also found a chewed up remote tucked inside the edges of his bed, then now I knew exactly what had happened. I care about my puppy, but I was pretty anxious with him for a couple of hours.
