Yesterday I was startled awake by a weird noise in my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C vent and it took me many minutes to figure out what I was hearing.

Initially, I thought that maybe an seasoned sock or something had gotten into the vent and was flapping around. Then, after a bit, I realize that the sound must be some kind of an critter, perhaps a parakeet, that had gotten stuck into the air duct, however but then I heard a squeaking sound, almost like a mouse makes, and then I realized it must be a bat that was in my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C vent system. I did not sleep anymore that night. After a while, the fluttering calm down but it did not go away entirely. I called up critter control but they requested I call a pest repair instead. The pest repair came out and they set up traps to get the bats out of my attic and relocate them. Evidently, my attic was infested with bats. They also took apart my entire ventilation system and it removed some of the bats, finally, the bats were all gone and I had to hire an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation to come and repair the vents that the bats head been in. I also wanted a thorough air duct cleaning as I was anxious that I had been breathing all of that bat guano for months on end. I also hired a professional cleaner to clean up my attic. It cost me a lot of cash for everything to be cleaned and the bets to be rehomed like they were but now my attic is sealed off and it shouldn’t happen ever again. What a nightmare this was.

I don’t see the purpose of a yard sale, you just end up laying outside for hours on end and end up making about $40! I would rather just donate all of our unwanted stuff to a thrift store and be done with it, however and yet, my partner insist on having a yard sale many times a year! This last time it was super boiling and, by the time I was done hauling all of our stuff onto the sod, I was already regretting this afternoon, and even still, I ended up staying outside with my partner while people picked through our seasoned trash.

I decided that, this week, I was not going to roast to death.

I obstructed in our seasoned window air conditioner unit into an extension cord and then I set my chair right in front of it. It wasn’t too awful laying there and staying cool. I could have made a little bit more cash if I’d have been willing to sell the seasoned window air conditioner unit because a few people made offers to buy it. They could see how well it works and how comfortable I was even though I would not hear of selling it, and we’ve had this seasoned window air conditioner unit for as long as we have been married so that makes it pretty old, then still, it works better than anything they make this week. Additionally, there is still a lot of junk we have not sold and that means more yard sales in the future. So I better keep this seasoned window air conditioner unit around a bit longer so I can be cool and comfortable for them too.

I have never felt the desire to go on a cruise.

Not in 56 years have I ever wished to bounce around on the sea, trapped with thousands of other people.

However, my modern wife feels absolutely differently. She is absolutely outgoing plus she booked us a 12 day cruise for our honeymoon. I didn’t want to disappoint her so I went along. I was angry the whole time. I took my seasickness medicine but it didn’t help much. My wife was eating at the buffet always but I could barely touch food without feeling sick. And then the a/c on the ship started to malfunction. It was not just in our room either. Half of the ship was having an a/c issue. I believe they have two a/c units. One in the front plus one in the back. The a/c component in the front is the one that was only working intermittently. That is where our room was situated. This is also where the main dining room was situated. I have to say that the lack of a/c did nothing to improve my sea sickness. Needless to say, I was absolutely glad when my associate and I finally got back to our loft port plus my associate and I were able to go home. It was a memorable honeymoon, I have to say that, however but it was memorable for the wrong reasons. Oh well, at least my associate and I can start our lives from here on out. Our home has wonderful a/c plus doesn’t bounce all over the locale. But, my wife had fun plus that’s all that counts.

A giant thunderstorm came through last night and knocked our power out. Since it was late at night I didn’t worry too much about it. Instead, I just sat up learning my e-reader for about an hour after that I went to bed early. A few hours later I was woken up when the power came back on and a light turned on in the house. Not a giant deal. I thought I would be able to go right back to sleep. Not! I found that I was tossing and turning a lot but I just could not get comfortable. I felt honestly moderate so I got up again and checked the thermostat. It was set to 73 degrees. However, the thermostat read 73 degrees. I assumed that it was because the power had been out for a few hours. I tried to go back to sleep by telling myself that it would cool down soon. I still couldn’t sleep. Then I noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t even blowing air. It should be if it is trying to cool down the house. I got up again and messed with the thermostat. Still, nothing happened. I knew I wasn’t going to get anymore sleep that night. The temperature in the apartment kept climbing and it was only 2 hours before my alarm was set to go off. I decided to call in sick to work. I can’t toil with only 3 hours of sleep. Besides, I honestly need to stay house so that the Heating and Air Conditioning contractor can fix the air conditioning. I imagine it is just a blown fuse or something like that. Whatever it is, it needs to be fixed ASAP so I can sleep tonight and go into toil tomorrow.

Not a big deal. I thought I would be able to go right back to sleep. Not! I found that I was tossing plus turning a lot although I just could not get comfortable. I felt really hot so I got up again plus checked the control unit. It was set to 70 degrees. However, the control component study 73 degrees. I assumed that it was because the power had been out for a few hours. I tried to go back to sleep by telling myself that it would cool down soon. I still couldn’t sleep. Then I observed that the a/c wasn’t even blowing air. It should be if it is trying to cool down the house. I got up again plus messed with the control unit. Still, nothing happened. I knew I wasn’t going to get anymore sleep that night. The temperature in the home kept climbing plus it was only 2 hours before my alarm was set to go off. I decided to call in sick to work. I can’t toil with only 3 hours of sleep. Besides, I really need to stay dwelling so that the Heating plus A/C supplier can service the a/c. I imagine it is just a blown fuse or something like that. Whatever it is, it needs to be fixed ASAP so I can sleep tonight plus go into toil tomorrow.
