I always wanted to have a customized home built for my family and I.

I also wanted radiant heated floors in our home, but I wanted it to be the last home that we ever had to live in.

I also was hoping that radiant heated floors would be cheaper to have installed if you had a customized home built. I didn’t see why not because they wouldn’t have to rip up the flooring to have the radiant heated floors installed, they would just have to work with the construction crew and get everything set up accordingly. Well, I did just that when we finally had a custom home built. I had the local HVAC contractors speak with the construction crew and they were able to flawlessly come up with a plan to work together. When the construction was halfway done, that’s when the team of HVAC experts got in there and installed the boiler system hooked up the piping under where the floors were going to be constructed. We also invested in a high velocity heating and cooling system. We had a fireplace built in the master bedroom and the family room. When the home was finally completed, we had a swimming pool in the back with a very private yard. We even had an outdoor gas fireplace installed so you can relax at night nearby the pool and the lights for the pool are great. So far, we are really loving the new house and even our property taxes are much lower than our last home. I’m glad we were finally able to make this all happen, everybody is happy with the new home, especially the cozy HVAC system.

A little while back, my sibling started telling me about ductless Heating as well as A/C systems as well as he told me I should look into them. He said they even had DIY ductless mini split systems that could be installed by the average homeowner. I found it hard to think since the warranty should be voided if the Heating as well as A/C upgrade was done by a non-professional.
