Of course, we were able to hire local contractors to help us with everything we needed. We even had a honestly nice Heating and A/C system in our home with rapid heating and cooling technology. Not to mention, there are motion sensors for all the different sections of the condo so the heating and cooling automatically adjusts according to where you are in the house. I never expected to live in such a extravagant condo to be honest.
