As crazy as this may sound, I feel the only way to travel long distance with having a portable space heater and portable air conditioning system.

The reason I feel a portable space heater and a portable air conditioning system are needed when traveling is because you never know what you are going to encounter while staying at a hotel or even staying with friends and family. There could come a time where there is either an HVAC emergency where the central heating and air conditioning system breaks down where you are staying at or you could end up staying somewhere that the heating and air conditioning system is really weak. You would not want to freeze your tail off or melt in super hot heat. So it is a major rule to me to always have a portable space heater or portable air conditioning system with me when i travel. All depending on the time of the year that it is. Of course if it is winter I will be carrying the portable space heater. And if it is summer I will be carrying the portable air conditioning system unit with me. Sometimes in the spring months of the year it is a toss up. You may need the portable space heater or the portable air conditioning system depending on what region of the country you are going to be staying in. But regardless, never leave home without your portable space heater and portable air conditioning system. That is the way I live, that is the way I travel and I highly suggest it to everyone.
