What do I want most for next Christmas season? Well, I would love to get a huge electric fireplace! Electric fireplaces are becoming more and more expensive as time goes on and I want to cash in before they get so high that the average joe such as myself can no longer afford them.

I want an electric fireplace in my home for the entire holiday season next year because I want to be able to decorate it to give and spread the holiday cheer.

When I was growing up we had a real authentic fireplace in our home. And I want to bring back that magic. Since there is no way I could ever get an authentic fireplace in my current home because of both the build and how much it would cost to alter that build, the electric fireplace is the best known solution for it to be one hundred percent honest with everyone. I first found out about electric fireplaces about 2 years ago when reading some news about how to decorate your home for the holiday season. I had no idea that electric fireplaces even existed until then. My goal ever since was to get one of these electric fireplaces. But they are a little over one thousand dollars at the moment and while that may not seem like a lot of money for some, for the average joe like me it actually is. So I am happy that I was able to save up the money to be able to get an electric fireplace in my home this coming holiday season!

When it comes to buying central heating and air conditioning systems, the main question a lot of people wonder is how much is too much? I mean, how much is someone willing to spend on a brand new and totally up to date with today’s technology central heating and air conditioning system unit? That is an interesting question to say the least. Because it all depends on personal opinion and what kind of money you have. Some people will say that the standard prices today of central heating and air conditioning systems are way too high while others will say that it is well worth the price for how good today’s heating and cooling units work. Then if you are getting into the more high tech kind of HVAC systems like zoned heating and cooling units, you are going to pay a small fortune for those. Also now there are smart heating and air conditioning systems which are even more expensive than the already pricey zoned heat and a/c units. So it is really a toss up. How much is too much? You will have to decide that for yourself as I or no one else can really answer that question these days. But I can tell you that paid several thousand dollars for my latest and greatest central heating and air conditioning system and it was well worth every single penny of debt that I went into in order to even get it. So that is my take on it all.

Also, I would like to mention that this heating and cooling company has the best heat and a/c service plan around. It really is the best bang for your buck. It takes care of and covers just about everything and anything you can imagine. I really hope that when the kids take over this great heating and cooling business that it remains just as good for another 5 lifetimes and beyond. At this rate, this heating and air conditioning company could end up being around long after i’m gone. And that would be a world record in the making here. I can not say anything better about this wonderful heating and air conditioning company.

I was so glad to get rid of the space heaters that I just gave them away online to a stranger who really needed them

I was looking at different HVAC brands a few years ago when I was changing the climate control in my house from space heaters to a central heating unit. I had gone for a few years with those portable units but got tired of constantly adjusting and moving them from room to room, so I decided to invest in a good system. I wanted to have central heat and air conditioning in my flat and was willing to pay the extra money to do so. And I am glad that I did now that the weather has been so extreme. I couldn’t imagine having to try to stay warm with those little space heaters or trying to keep cool with the small window unit I had for cooling the entire flat. I would spend a lot of my time sleeping on the sofa because my bedroom would be too warm for sleeping. Now I have vents in all of the rooms blowing warm or cool air to keep the whole place at the ideal temperature. My HVAC system is a good brand and uses very little power to get the place the right temperature, and it does so in a matter of minutes as opposed to hours with the old portable units. I was so glad to get rid of the space heaters that I just gave them away online to a stranger who really needed them. I need to go to visit the local contractor down the street and grab some HEPA filters because mine are old and ready for retirement.

I like the simple things in life like a good cup of tea and a fiction book next to my crackling fireplace.

I also like living with my lovely lady, who walked into my life a year ago and changed my life forever for the better.

She was working at the local business when I came in one day to buy a smart thermostat and we talked for an hour or so then I left with her phone number, and the rest is history. Dreams do come true if you believe they do and if you tell yourself with conviction on a regular basis, just say what you want out loud with belief and you’ll get it. I am going to work on my HVAC system today because the heat pump is not working very well and I think it may need to be replaced soon. I am going to try and clean everything to see if that fixes the problem but I am afraid it is going to take more than that. If I can’t figure it out I will just get my HVAC tech friend to come over and I’m sure he will find the root of the problem within no time. He has been in the industry for a long time, a lot longer than I have, and is the best person for the job. I worked in the HVAC industry myself a long time ago and still remember some things but a lot has changed since I left the line of work. I think it’s been 22 years since doing so.
