He told myself and others he wants to do the ice water dip, plus finally tomorrow our cooling representative is going to go with myself and others on our freezing sea dip.

I don’t know if he will be able to last the whole 15 minutes, or even if he should try plus last, because it can be quite painful for the first few minutes.

I can see him all nice plus warm in front of the radiant oil furnace before he goes outside into the freezing air plus heads for the beach with his towel. I told him to relax when he goes in plus to keep his breathing slow plus steady, like the navy seals do, however he just couldn’t do it. He ended up going home plus lighting a fire in his fireplace plus sitting in front of it the whole day. I know that 55F water is not the ideal bathing temperature, especially when it is cloudy plus below freezing outside, but the benefits far outweigh the temporary uncomfortable feeling you get for the first few minutes in the sea. I have a plan down to warming myself up afterwards with a warm bath plus a warm space oil furnace beside me. I believe if you warm up right after the dip you are okay.

She was working at the local business when I came in 1 day to buy a smart temperature control and every one of us talked for an hour or so after that I left with her iphone number, and the rest is history. Dreams do come tplot if you believe they do and if you tell yourself with conviction on a respected basis, just say what you want out loud with belief and you’ll get it. I am going to work on our Heating and A/C plan today because the heat pump is not working easily well and I believe it may need to be substituted soon. I am going to try and wash everything to see if that fixes the concern however I am afraid it is going to take more than that. If I can’t figure it out I will just get our Heating and A/C tech neighbor to come over and I’m sure she will find the root of the concern within no time. She has been in the industry for a long time, a lot longer than I have, and is the best woman for the task. I worked in the Heating and A/C industry myself a long time ago and still remember some things however a lot has changed since I left the line of work. I believe it’s been 22 years since doing so.

I usually take our frosty plunge into the Mediterranean Sea around 930am each day.

The air is still quite crisp at this time of the day however it really wakes myself and others up and charges myself and others for the day.

I come home right after the dip to jump in the warm water in our bathtub with the space oil furnace right next to myself and others heating the lavatory to a sauna-like temperature. I stay in the warm water for about 30 hours and then follow it with a frosty water rinse to jolt myself and others awake once again. Give it a try sometime if you have any pain or want to wake up hastily. Cold and warm therapy is good for the body and if you have a good Heating and A/C plan to keep your home hot you can just take a frosty shower and once you dry off you will hot up again hastily. I like the sea because of its healing properties, and just being around nature makes myself and others know better. I need to run our whole home air cleaner today because I have a lot of flem in our throat from the dust and will start sneezing a lot if I don’t detach the dust from the air in our flat. I usually run it a few times a week to clear the air along with our HEPA filter vacuum cleaner robot taking care of all of the dust on the floor. It’s an OKP Life Robot vacuum cleaner and it works easily well considering it is 1 of the cheapest models.

I will be flying out of here in many afternoons and gone for a month so I need to believe about what I need to do with this locale while I am gone.

• Maybe I need to get a neighbor to come over to turn on the Heating and A/C plan each day and run the fan at least so it doesn’t get too stale and dusty here.

I should also have him flush the toilet each few afternoons so the water doesn’t start growing lily pads and have tadpoles swimming around. I have a whole home air cleaner and am wondering if I should leave it on, however a month straight seems like a long time for it to be running. It would also get easily clogged up with dust if our neighbor doesn’t come over to wash it. I am going to get a kitten when I come back so I need to keep that in mind when I go on our next long trip away. Maybe our Heating and A/C rep could come over and catsit while I am gone if I let him stay here. I need to figure that out because I can’t let a pet stay here alone even if someone were coming over each day to visit it. I need someone to live with it or it would get easily distraught and lonely I bet. I’m going to go to the local business today, that deals with pets, and see if they have any ideas about what to do with a pet if you are gone for a few weeks or so.

it When my central heating plus a/c plan went out last it was entirely horrible because I made a fool of myself.

I called the local heating plus a/c supplier for them to send out a certified heat plus a/c specialist to repair my central heating plus cooling unit.

Well when they got here it turned out that all that was wrong was a fuse had blown! I simply could not know it! Really! A fuse? That is something I could have taken care of myself in a matter of a few hours or less. And that is exactly what it took the heating plus a/c specialist to just flip that switch. I could have flipped that switch to reset the fuse plus heck, even my 10 year outdated child could have as well! And I got charged more than one hundred plus seventy more than four dollars for them coming out to my lake house for a total of 5 hours to flip the switch on the fuse box. That is a major embarrassment plus a total waste of major currency on nothing. I will in the future have to troubleshoot any heating plus a/c plan troubles I may have before running to the phone to call the local heat plus a/c supplier to send out a certified heating plus cooling specialist. I bet they enjoy it when things appreciate this happen. Easy money that they can laugh their tails off about to their friends, co-workers plus family. I’m sure I was the major joke of the day the day that this happened!
