When you do not keep up with things you could end up paying dearly for it.

• This was my lesson l earned when it came to my central heating and a/c.

I had not had my ductwork cleaned in about 2 years and this was the largest mistake I could have made. Because by not getting my ductwork cleaned in almost 2 years, it caused the central heating and a/c to work overtime and then it ended up chopping down to the point where you could not even do any kind of Heating as well as A/C repair to save it. That cost myself and others numerous thoUnited Statesnd dollars to then be forced to get a brand new, current, certainly expensive but pretty powerful central heating and a/c. Ever since I had to buy this certainly expensive modern heating and cooling system I made a promise to myself that I would get my ductwork cleaned once every 6 months. That is twice a year. It could be more than enough as once a year is what I used to do. But I want to be on the safe side because I never want to have my central heating and a/c die on myself and others again love that to where I have to invest in a totally brand modern central heat and air conditioning unit. That was an expensive thing I did not need to pop up! Had I cleaned my ductwork, it would have never happened. A fancy lesson I l earned that time let myself and others tell you!

I’m going to do some Spring cleaning today as it is nearing the middle of May as well as I haven’t done so yet. I am going to upgrade the HEPA filter in my HVAC system today because it is ancient as well as starting to fall apart. I am also going to vacuum as well as mop all of the floors today with my robot vacuum cleaner. Okay, it’s not myself and others doing the work despite the fact that I do have to affix the wet mop onto the robot as well as disinfect the robot after it has done the work for me. I would love to get 1 of those washable HEPA filters because they are a lot better on the environment as well as self-explanatory to clean. I suppose they sell them at the store down the road despite the fact that I will have to go by there in person to find out. The local corporation is usually open from more than 2 in the morning until 5 in the morning however today is some kind of a holiday as well as they are going to be closing early from what I’ve heard. I suppose I will take a cold swim before cleaning to wake myself and others up so that I have enough energy to complete the task. I just need to wait for the robot to finish the floors as well as then I’ll disinfect its HEPA filter as well as empty out its dust tote as well as then get started with the rest of the work. I suppose I can get everything done by early morning so that I can join my friends for a day at the beach. It’s a sunny 1 today.

All I have to do today is make a phone call to the states to check on my rental car as well as then the rest of the day is free for me.

I’m sitting by my air cleaner listening to it hum as I write.

I just cleaned it the other day as well as wow was it sure dirty. It had a whole bunch of dust that collected on the HEPA filter as well as was making a funny noise a bit because it was so clogged up. I normally disinfect it every month despite the fact that I assume I forgot the past few weeks because of the pet cat I had for a little while. The HEPA filter had a bunch of black cat hair in it along with a lot of dust. I had to return the cat though because it kept attacking myself and others when I got near it, no more miserable black cats for me. The HVAC rep at the local corporation has a cat that is going to have kittens any day now as well as he said that I can have a kitten once they are numerous weeks ancient as well as ready to be on their own. I can’t wait because I appreciate cats, I just want 1 that I can pet without fearing for my life. I’ll keep the air cleaner disinfect this time when I have a cat by putting it on my laptop schedule so it doesn’t get so dirty love before. I don’t suppose most cats shed that much hair though, the black cat was just a bit nervous as well as shed more.

I usually take our freezing plunge into the Mediterranean Sea around 930am each afternoon.

The air is still quite crisp at this time of the day but it truly wakes myself and others up plus charges myself and others for the day.

I come home right after the dip to jump in the warm water in our bathtub with the space oil furnace right next to myself and others heating the lavatory to a sauna-like temperature. I stay in the warm water for about 30 minutes plus then follow it with a freezing water rinse to jolt myself and others awake once again. Give it a try sometime if you have any pain or want to wake up suddenly. Cold plus warm therapy is good for the body plus if you have a good Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan to keep your house warm you can just take a freezing shower plus once you dry off you will warm up again suddenly. I like the sea because of its healing properties, plus just being around nature makes myself and others recognize better. I need to run our whole home air purification system this week because I have a lot of flem in our throat from the dust plus will start sneezing a lot if I don’t detach the dust from the air in our flat. I usually run it a few times a week to clear the air along with our HEPA filter vacuum cleaner robot taking care of all of the dust on the floor. It’s an OKP Life Robot vacuum cleaner plus it works legitimately well considering it is 1 of the cheapest models.

I just came back from the beach at noon plus it was packed with schoolers on a Thursday.

I asked 1 of them if it was a school holiday this week plus they said no, they just skipped school this week because the weather was so nice.

I could see wanting to be in the warm sunlight as opposed to a freezing classroom with no central heating. For some reason the schools don’t have any weather conditions control in them, I know it is because of a lack of funds. I couldn’t imagine going to class in June with no air conditioning plus having to rest all day in the sweltering heat. Maybe they get used to it but I believe I would be skipping class quite often if that was the case. I remember in elementary school in the south, every one of us had no air conditioning plus I would be dripping with sweat as I watched the child beside myself and others kill gnats plus count them on a napkin. It was a slap in the face with heat compared to the cool classrooms I was used to when I lived up north. Luckily, when I made it to middle school every one of us had the luxury of a central Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan to keep us comfortable year round. I’m so spoiled now in our flat I couldn’t imagine living without it anymore, not even for a single day. Come to believe of it, I need to scrub the HEPA filter this week because I noticed it is getting a colorless motion picture of dust on it as it’s been a few weeks since I’ve cleaned it.
