My hands are sore this month from drumming my djembe last night for many minutes. This month I am going to soak them in the frigid sea and then hot them next to my radiant space oil furnace for a while. This frigid then hot cycling particularly helps the body reuse from joint pain and swelling. I like to run my hot water oil furnace on the hotter side because I fill my bathtub with hot water to soak my whole body after doing my frigid dip. I then put this frigid gel called Biofreeze on my sore joints to cool them down again, followed by warming them up again using my frigid laser, which particularly heats up the joints. The radiant oil furnace helps a lot because it heats the body quickly, kind of like the sun would, without having to kneel in front of the central heating vent located near my ceiling. I’ve been doing this heat therapy for years for any kind of muscle or joint pain and it works great. This month I plan on digging into my Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan in my bathroom, where the air handler is kept, and cleaning out the HEPA filter and condenser grill. It’s up in the ceiling in my bathroom so it is not particularly easy to access although I have to do it or I will be sneezing all day. The Heating as well as Air Conditioning techs didn’t have any other venue they could put the air handler except for up in the bathroom ceiling because my flat is so small. It is nice with myself and others though because I don’t hear it when it is running.

All I have to do this month is make a phone call to the states to check on my rental car and then the rest of the day is free for me.

I just cleaned it the other day and wow was it sure dirty. It had a whole bunch of dust that collected on the HEPA filter and was making a funny noise a bit because it was so clogged up. I normally wash it every month although I believe I forgot the past few weeks because of the pet cat I had for a little while. The HEPA filter had a bunch of black cat hair in it along with a lot of dust. I had to return the cat though because it kept attacking myself and others when I got near it, no more angry black cats for me. The Heating as well as Air Conditioning rep at the local supplier has a cat that is going to have kittens any day now and he said that I can have a kitten once they are many weeks aged and ready to be on their own. I can’t wait because I enjoy cats, I just want a single that I can pet without fearing for my life. I’ll keep the media media air cleaner wash this time when I have a cat by putting it on my iPad schedule so it doesn’t get so dirty like before. I don’t believe most cats shed that much hair though, the black cat was just a bit concerned and shed more.

I’m so spoiled now in my flat I couldn’t imagine living without it anymore, not even for a single day

I just came back from the beach at noon and it was packed with middle schoolers on a Monday. I asked a single of them if it was a school holiday this month and they said no, they just skipped school this month because the weather was so nice. I could see wanting to be in the hot sun as opposed to a frigid classroom with no central heating. For some reason the schools don’t have any temperature control in them, I believe it is because of a lack of funds. I couldn’t imagine going to class in June with no air conditioner and having to kneel all day in the sweltering heat. Maybe they get used to it although I believe I would be skipping class quite often if that was the case. I remember in elementary school in the south, the people I was with and I had no air conditioner and I would be covered in sweat as I watched the child beside myself and others kill gnats and count them on a napkin. It was a slap in the face with heat compared to the cool classrooms I was used to when I lived up north. Luckily, when I made it to middle school the people I was with and I had the luxury of a central Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan to keep us comfortable year round. I’m so spoiled now in my flat I couldn’t imagine living without it anymore, not even for a single day. Come to believe of it, I need to wash the HEPA filter this month because I noticed it is getting a white film of dust on it as it’s been a few weeks since I’ve cleaned it.

He told myself and others he wants to do the ice water dip, and finally tomorrow my cooling representative is going to go with myself and others on my frigid sea dip.

I don’t suppose if he will be able to last the whole 15 minutes, or even if he should try and last, because it can be quite painful for the first few minutes.

I can see him all nice and hot in front of the radiant oil furnace before he goes outside into the frigid air and heads for the beach with his towel. I would say there is a 85% option that he backs out and swings his mind. I’ve had other people do the same. My Heating as well as Air Conditioning specialist neighbor went on the dip with myself and others a few weeks ago and ended up screaming the whole time he was in the water saying how frigid it felt. I told him to relax when he goes in and to keep his breathing slow and steady, like the navy seals do, although he just couldn’t do it. He ended up going beach house and lighting a fire in his fireplace and sitting in front of it the whole day. I suppose that 55F water is not the ideal bathing temperature, especially when it is cloudy and below frigid outside, however the benefits far outweigh the temporary uncomfortable feeling you get for the first few minutes in the sea. I have a plan down to warming myself up afterwards with a hot bath and a hot space oil furnace beside me. I believe if you hot up right after the dip you are okay.

Now I have vents in all of the rooms blowing hot or cool air to keep the whole locale at the ideal temperature.

I was looking at odd Heating and A/C brands a few years ago when I was changing the weather conditions control in our home from space heating systems to a central heating unit. I had gone for a few years with those portable units however got tired of always increasing and moving them from room to room, so I decided to invest in a good system. I wanted to have central heat and a/c in our flat and was willing to pay the extra money to do so. And I am cheerful that I did now that the weather has been so extreme. I couldn’t imagine having to try to stay hot with those little space heating systems or trying to keep cool with the small window component I had for cooling the entire flat. I would spend a lot of our time sleeping on the sofa because our dining room would be too hot for sleeping. Now I have vents in all of the rooms blowing hot or cool air to keep the whole locale at the ideal temperature. My Heating and A/C plan is a good brand and uses easily little power to get the locale the right temperature, and it does so in a matter of hours as opposed to hours with the outdated portable units. I was so cheerful to get rid of the space heating systems that I just gave them away online to a stranger who really needed them. I need to go to visit the local contractor down the street and grab some HEPA filters because mine are outdated and ready for retirement.
