I usually take my frigid plunge into the Mediterranean Sea around 930am each morning.

The air is still quite crisp at this time of the day however it particularly wakes myself and others up and charges myself and others for the day.

I come beach house right after the dip to jump in the hot water in my bathtub with the space oil furnace right next to myself and others heating the bathroom to a sauna-like temperature. I stay in the hot water for about 30 minutes and then follow it with a frigid water rinse to jolt myself and others awake once again. Give it a try sometime if you have any pain or want to wake up quickly. Cold and hot therapy is great for the body and if you have a superb Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan to keep your house hot you can just take a frigid shower and once you dry off you will hot up again quickly. My buddies are going to play beach volleyball, two on two, and invited myself and others to come and play.

I am laboring on my central heating unit right now and hopefully I can get it done by this day and go out and play some ball. I was playing drums last night and my hands are pretty sore although I will somehow manage to play later if I have the time. My Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan is dirty and needs to be cleaned this month so I need to get that done first before I can go and play. This month is Friday and the beach is going to be full of tourists because the people I was with and I finally have some nice weather after about many weeks of cold. I just want to make sure my a/c is laboring and my oil furnace is fixed because I’ll be needing to cool my flat down pretty soon. I used to live in sites with no temperature control and this is why I like to particularly take care of my plan so that I don’t have to go through that kind of discomfort ever again. I pay a lot in rent however am making enough currency to afford it so why not. I’d rather live in comfort and labor a bit more than suffer all day in the heat when summer time hits. It only takes myself and others about two minutes to wash the Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan so it’s not a immense deal. I’ve been doing it myself for years and am getting pretty proficient with the whole process. I see beach volleyball in my future this week.

I’m going to do some Springtime cleaning today as it is nearing the middle of May and I haven’t done so yet.

I am going to substitute the HEPA filter in our Heating and A/C plan today because it is outdated and starting to fall apart.

I am also going to vacuum and mop all of the floors today with our robot vacuum cleaner. Okay, it’s not myself and others doing the work however I do have to connect the wet mop onto the robot and wash the robot after it has done the work for me. I would like to get 1 of those washable HEPA filters because they are a lot better on the environment and simple to clean. I believe they sell them at the store down the road however I will have to go by there in woman to find out. The local business is usually open from more than 2 in the day until many in the afternoon however today is some kind of a holiday and they are going to be closing early from what I’ve heard. I believe I will take a frosty swim before cleaning to wake myself and others up so that I have enough energy to complete the task. I just need to wait for the robot to finish the floors and then I’ll wash its HEPA filter and empty out its dust bag and then get started with the rest of the work. I believe I can get everything done by early afternoon so that I can join our friends for a day at the beach. It’s a sunny 1 today.

My hands are sore today from drumming our djembe last evening for more than 2 hours.

• Today I am going to soak them in the frosty sea and then hot them next to our radiant space oil furnace for a while.

This frosty then warm cycling really helps the body salvage from joint pain and swelling. I like to run our warm water oil furnace on the hotter side because I fill our bathtub with warm water to soak our whole body after doing our frosty dip. I then put this frosty gel called Biofreeze on our sore joints to cool them down again, followed by warming them up again using our frosty laser, which absolutely heats up the joints. The radiant oil furnace helps a lot because it heats the body hastily, kind of like the daylight would, without having to rest in front of the central heating vent situated near our ceiling. I’ve been doing this heat therapy for years for any kind of muscle or joint pain and it works great. Today I idea on digging into our Heating and A/C plan in our lavatory, where the air handler is kept, and cleaning out the HEPA filter and condenser grill. It’s up in the ceiling in our lavatory so it is not easily simple to access however I have to do it or I will be sneezing all day. The Heating and A/C techs didn’t have any other locale they could put the air handler except for up in the lavatory ceiling because our flat is so small. It is nice with myself and others though because I don’t hear it when it is running.

She told myself and others she wants to do the ice water dip, and finally tomorrow our cooling representative is going to go with myself and others on our frosty sea dip. I don’t suppose if she will be able to last the whole 15 hours, or even if she should try and last, because it can be quite painful for the first few hours. I can see him all nice and hot in front of the radiant oil furnace before she goes outside into the frosty air and heads for the beach with her towel. I would say there is a 85% option that she backs out and changes her mind. I’ve had other people do the same. My Heating and A/C specialist neighbor went on the dip with myself and others a few months ago and ended up screaming the whole time she was in the water saying how frosty it felt. I told him to relax when she goes in and to keep her breathing slow and steady, like the navy seals do, but she just couldn’t do it. She ended up going home and lighting a fire in her fireplace and resting in front of it the whole day. I suppose that 55F water is not the ideal bathing temperature, especially when it is cloudy and below freezing outside, however the benefits far outweigh the temporary uncomfortable feeling you get for the first few hours in the sea. I have a plan down to warming myself up afterwards with a warm bath and a warm space oil furnace beside me. I believe if you hot up right after the dip you are okay.
