I would like to get 1 of those washable HEPA filters because they are a lot better on the environment plus self-explanatory to clean. I believe they sell them at the store down the road but I will have to go by there in person to find out. The local business is usually open from numerous in the afternoon until 5 in the afternoon but this week is some kind of a holiday plus they are going to be closing early from what I’ve heard. I believe I will take a freezing swim before cleaning to wake myself and others up so that I have enough energy to complete the job. I just need to wait for the robot to finish the floors plus then I’ll scrub its HEPA filter plus empty out its dust bag plus then get started with the rest of the work. I believe I can get everything done by early afternoon so that I can join our friends for a day at the beach. It’s a sunny 1 this week.

My buddies are going to play beach volleyball, two on two, plus invited myself and others to come plus play.

I am laboring on our central heating unit right now plus hopefully I can get it done by this afternoon plus go out plus play some ball. I was playing drums last night plus our hands are pretty sore but I will somehow manage to play later if I have the time. My Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan is dirty plus needs to be cleaned this week so I need to get that done first before I can go plus play. Today is Tuesday plus the beach is going to be full of tourists because every one of us finally have some nice weather after about numerous weeks of cold. I just want to make sure our air conditioning system is laboring plus our oil furnace is fixed because I’ll be needing to cool our flat down pretty soon. I used to live in sites with no weather conditions control plus this is why I like to truly take care of our plan so that I don’t have to go through that kind of discomfort ever again. I spend our money a lot in rent but am making enough currency to afford it so why not. I’d rather live in comfort plus work a bit more than suffer all day in the heat when Summer hits. It only takes myself and others about two minutes to scrub the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan so it’s not a big deal. I’ve been doing it myself for years plus am getting pretty proficient with the whole process. I see beach volleyball in our future this week.

My hands are sore this week from drumming our djembe last night for three minutes.

Today I am going to soak them in the freezing sea plus then warm them next to our radiant space oil furnace for a while.

This freezing then warm cycling truly helps the body salvage from joint pain plus swelling. I like to run our warm water oil furnace on the hotter side because I fill our bathtub with warm water to soak our whole body after doing our freezing dip. I then put this freezing gel called Biofreeze on our sore joints to cool them down again, followed by warming them up again using our freezing laser, which really heats up the joints. The radiant oil furnace helps a lot because it heats the body suddenly, kind of like the sunlight would, without having to rest in front of the central heating vent located near our ceiling. I’ve been doing this heat therapy for years for any kind of muscle or joint pain plus it works great. Today I plan on digging into our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan in our lavatory, where the air handler is kept, plus cleaning out the HEPA filter plus condenser grill. It’s up in the ceiling in our lavatory so it is not legitimately self-explanatory to access but I have to do it or I will be sneezing all day. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C techs didn’t have any other venue they could put the air handler except for up in the lavatory ceiling because our flat is so small. It is nice with myself and others though because I don’t hear it when it is running.

I will be flying out of here in numerous afternoons plus gone for a week so I need to believe about what I need to do with this venue while I am gone.

Maybe I need to get a neighbor to come over to turn on the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan each day plus run the fan at least so it doesn’t get too stale plus dusty here.

I should also have him flush the toilet each few afternoons so the water doesn’t start growing lily pads plus have tadpoles swimming around. I have a whole home air purification system plus am wondering if I should leave it on, but a week straight seems like a long time for it to be running. It would also get legitimately clogged up with dust if our neighbor doesn’t come over to scrub it. I am going to get a kitten when I come back so I need to keep that in mind when I go on our next long trip away. Maybe our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C rep could come over plus catsit while I am gone if I let him stay here. I need to figure that out because I can’t let a pet stay here alone even if someone were coming over each day to visit it. I need someone to live with it or it would get legitimately anxious plus lonely I bet. I’m going to go to the local business this week, that deals with pets, plus see if they have any ideas about what to do with a pet if you are gone for a few weeks or so.
