I guess that is a immense lie, because my brother was stamped from the beginning. I let him go on for 10 or 15 minutes & then I pulled him to the side & reminded him that he called me for the telephone number. He still tried to claim that he could have fixed the broken furnace if it did not need to be replaced.

After the two of us updated the central AC, the two of us got more than two offers on the property in many mornings. All of us honestly could have listed the apartment for $10,000 more and still got a full offer.
