We bought a dwelling that didn’t come with a central Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system.

However, the air duct was intact according to the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C expert my associate and I hired for an inspection.

My buddy and I knew the dwelling didn’t come with a central Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system, & my associate and I didn’t mind at all. Even if there was an old Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system, my associate and I would have gotten rid of it as soon as my associate and I moved in. My partner & I have bought & lived in several houses across the country. After about 5 years, my associate and I sold the condo & found a new adventure. There was even a period where my associate and I bought an old van & turned it into our living quarters. Our plan was to be indoors in a dwelling while in winter, then back outside living in our van from mid-May to late November. It would have been foolish to refuse their offer since that was even beyond the investment my associate and I had made on it. My buddy and I took that currency, saved it, & now my associate and I got a new dwelling with part of it. So, as I was saying, my associate and I bought a dwelling separate from a central Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system. The reason being my associate and I wanted to be sure my associate and I picked out the best heating & cooling system for our new home. My buddy and I are living in a new area, & my associate and I did some research on the best local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C companies. The goal was to locate the right supplier to do the central Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system replacement. My buddy and I are still searching, but my associate and I hope to be done before summer.
