I haven’t slept well in weeks now, and I think that it’s because I am just overheated all the time

We are also having a modern baby in a couple of months so we are going to have to get a modern air conditioner unit for our house. Our aged one died last summer time and we just never got it updated. My buddy and I did not definitely need it around here during the fall and the winter season because the weather here gets definitely chilly during the fall and the winter season months, and but we knew that we were going to need to get a modern central air conditioner system before the Springtime this year. Whenever May rolls around each year, the weather starts heating up pretty abruptly, that’s for sure. And the summer time hot and cold temperatures here can be brutal. Since I’m pregnant and pretty uncomfortable most of the time anyway, I told my husband that there is just no way that I am going to be able to deal without having a working air conditioning system for the next few months. Even though money is slender because we are expecting a modern baby, we are still going to have to cut down and get a modern air conditioning system. It is just something that is not negotiable for me. I am also already covered in sweat and feeling yucky most of the time, and I know that having a working central air conditioning system will make that much better for me. I haven’t slept well in weeks now, and I think that it’s because I am just overheated all the time. Once we get the modern air conditioning system put in, I think all that will change and I will feel much better.

Last week, I actually won a trivia contest at a local bar because I know so much about heating, ventilation as well as A/C systems. I know that this sounds crazy, and you actually do not know anyone else who has ever had this happen to them. I mean, I do not usually run into that many people who know anything about heating and cooling systems other than the fact that occasionally they have to change the batteries in their thermostats and the air filter in their heating, ventilation as well as A/C system! Other than that, no one seems to know all that much about the most pressing appliances in their homes! It always was my own mind that people do not seem to know anything about their own heating and cooling system in their house. I think it’s just because I grew up learning all about that kind of thing. My Mom was a heating and cooling dealer, and I spent most of my summers with him learning about things like air conditioning tune ups and furnace repairs. So then whenever the trivia announcer said that one of the categories at trivia night at our number one bar was going to be heating and cooling technology, I knew instantaneously that I was going to be winning the game for our team. Sure enough, that is exactly what happened. Nobody else knew anything and I knew it all! It was a nice feeling to be able to bring the apartment the trophy for our team, and it’s all because of everything that my Mom used to teach me when I was growing up with him and riding in the heating, ventilation as well as A/C truck.

The temperature was already definitely overheated last week when we went down south to visit our family. I don’t even know what we were thinking whenever we opted to go down there at this time of the year. Usually, we don’t go until the middle of the fall or even the winter season because of the pollen and the overheated weather that they get down there. This time, however, we opted to go ahead and go even though it was actually not the best time to travel down there. My buddy and I all had time off of work and so we went even though we were afraid that it could get too hot. Sure enough, once we got there and got settled in, we realized that we had actually made a big mistake. The weather was so overheated that I felt like I was going to waste away. Worse than that, the air conditioning in the venue that we were staying in went on the blink and it wouldn’t work correctly. I wasn’t sure that I even wanted to stay, however we already had a lot of plans going on already so I decided to try and tough it out. With the broken air conditioning in the venue that we were staying in, that made my life much more difficult. I finally decided to go and purchase one of those portable air conditioning systems and that helped a little bit. Those aren’t definitely all that powerful, though. Most of the time I ended up staying in the vehicle with the air conditioner running on full blast whenever I could. I spent more time in the vehicle on that trip than I ever have before!

My cousin doesn’t have air conditioning in his basement and so it was tough to sleep down there when we stayed there last week.

My buddy and I were going to see our family and so we didn’t want to have to blow money on a hotel, and whenever you are staying and going to see family, it’s not exactly ever a real vacation, if you know what I mean.

It is a visit, however it’s not a real vacation. I have learned this over the various years that I have not lived anywhere near my hometown near my family. I miss them, although I don’t miss them all enough to spend thousands of dollars on a hotel room so that I can stay down there for weeks at a time just to go out to lunch with them. I know that sounds mean, however that’s just how it is. If my first cousin or my aunt can’t put us up in their guest rooms or the basement on the week that we are planning to be there, then I just don’t go. Anyway, we went last week because he said that we would be able to stay in his finished basement and we were actually all looking forward to going there and having a nice time. However, the weather definitely started heating up more than we initially thought it would and so we got pretty overheated down in the basement. Usually whenever we stay there, it isn’t certainly overheated outside. My buddy and I didn’t think that the temperature would get certainly overheated that week either, however boy, were we totally wrong. The temperature got up into the 90s and it is definitely early in the year for that kind of summertime heat!

The owner of the heating, ventilation as well as A/C supplier asked me to come over and teach a class at their office later on in the week. I am pretty gleeful about it, to tell you the truth. I have also been teaching meditation classes for about six months now and I am definitely enjoying it. I do not have any professional training, although I am definitely doing good if I do say so myself; the people from all over the venue have been asking me to come and teach classes, and I am definitely helping them to live their best lives. It’s funny how so many people are so tied up and they just want to be able to learn some coping mechanisms. Meditation is one of the things that is absolutely done and can definitely help with getting rid of some stress. Anyway, I have recently started reaching out to businesses to see if they want me to come and teach classes in their back rooms or their conference rooms, and recently the owner of the heating, ventilation as well as A/C supplier here in neighborhood told me that he wanted me to come and teach a class to his team of heating and cooling dealers. I thought that was a good idea and so I’m going over there on Wednesday evening after the workday is over. He is providing lunch for them and then I am going to do a whole session about meditation. I am not sure how tied up most heating and clean dealers are most of the time, although I know that my techniques will help them.
