My hubby worked out of state, & he was gone for various weeks at a time.
- Since all of us had kids, I didn’t want to uproot them from their school & friends, so he got an home in the town where he was laboring.
Every weekend, I would head to the town to spend time with our hubby, & once a month, he would come beach apartment to be with the kids. It was difficult, but all of us made it labor until last month. I got to his home & the a/c was broken. It was so uncomfortable that all of us ended up going to a hotel for the night. I asked if the property owner was repairing the a/c & he said no 1 could get in touch with him. I was undoubtedly aggravated because all of us couldn’t afford a hotel for all of us for the three-day weekend, & all of us couldn’t stay in the apartment. The kids were fourteen & fifteen, & complaining was their number one thing to do, however not having a/c made them even more angry, which I didn’t blame them for. Even our hubby & I were angry. He promised that by the end of the month, either the AC would be repaired or he would be in a different apartment. The people I was with and I splurged & spent the three-day weekend at a resort hotel. The kids had a swimming pool & a game room to lounge in & all of us had a/c. I was so glad all of us could make this work, because I undoubtedly missed our hubby, but the a/c is a must.
