When you buy a brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system it sometimes can take a while for you to get used to it.
Especially if you had just replaced an old and dying central heating and air conditioning system.
When you get a brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system you have to get used to the power most of all. You will be so used to cranking the thermostat of the central heating and air conditioning system just to get close to the temperature you want. And then with the brand new and up to date heating and cooling unit you will find you do not need to do that anymore. But you may forget at first by force of habit and then end up freezing or overheating your home to the point where you get sick maybe one time. The best way to not let this happen though would be to write yourself a note and tag it onto the thermostat on the wall. By doing this it will remind you that you no longer have to set the thermostat to such high settings because you now have a brand new, up to date, very powerful and possibly very pricey central heating and air conditioning system unit. And with this everything should work perfect and you will never have to even think about over setting the thermostat ever again. At least for some years to come until your new central heating and air conditioning system is old.
