The week-long stay was intense but also fun. I l gained a lot about the new cooling products in the market and how much more efficient they were. I had been working with other veteran air conditioning experts at the corporation to develop processes and strategies to implement the new systems. First, the two of us held a training session with every cooling workman in attendance so they could learn more about the latest technology in Heating, Ventilation plus A/C units. Since they are our first point of contact with the customer, the workers must be aware of the new things in the industry. They would implement the tech when doing air conditioning repairs and report back on their findings and observations. Once the training was complete, the two of us fully onboarded the new tech. All of us saw a positive response from our customers. Air conditioning tune-up requests increased, and so did the sale of air filters, and people with respiratory diseases, allergies, and so on wanted the new indoor air cleaning method in their homes. It was also for any homeowner who wished to do it since the tech would install it alongside the central air conditioning system. All of us also took the occasion to remind home, and supplier owners of the basic things, such as air conditioning service being fundamental across all air conditioning installs. Every quality air conditioning, regardless of its technology, needs to run optimally and for more years.
