I was expecting the Heating, Ventilation & A/C business to come to the house.

I didn’t have a lot of problems with the heater, even though I wanted to make sure it wasn’t going to split down when my friend and I only had another month before shutting the furnace down. I was watching out the door for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C business when I saw the repair van slow down in front of my house. He slowed down, looked at the house, then drove on by the house. I could not figure out why he didn’t pull into the driveway & come into the house. Then I thought that he was going to another house, & he wasn’t my Heating, Ventilation & A/C business. Ten minutes later, the same Heating, Ventilation & A/C business drove by the home & once again he looked over however kept going. I called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company to see why the Heating, Ventilation & A/C business wasn’t stopping. The receptionist said he had called in, however he could not find 325 N. Staten St. I was 325 N. Staten St. I said that all he had to do was look at my porch. The numbers were clearly shown on the porch column. The receptionist said he didn’t know if they were or not, however he wasn’t seeing them. I went outside to look at the column. The only numbers on the porch was 32; During the last wind storm, I had lost the 5 from the number sequence. I asked his if he could tell the Heating, Ventilation & A/C business that for today only, he should stop at 32 N. Staten St. Five minutes later, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C business was kneeling on my porch, waiting for me to come to the door.

I called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company to get my air conditioner unit cleaned before summer, however when I called, I asked for Henry. She said he was busy, however if I gave his my name, he would have him call me back. I gave his the name & the phone number. Ten minutes later, I got a phone call from the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company, then all I heard was a guy laughing & he asked how I was doing. I was sure I was talking to Henry, however the boy said I would be talking to the owner of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company. He told me it was Henry, & he obtained the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company about three years ago. He only went on repair calls when it was someone he considered a friend. I congratulated him on the ownership of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company & apologized for bothering him. He said he would be at the home in an hour, my fantastic friend and I talked for about an hour when he got there. I asked why his kid didn’t know he was Henry. He said he was a twit, however then he laughed. His real name was Harmon, however he hated the name & consistently called himself Henry.

My associate and I even advised the patron to consider another style of Heating & A/C, however they were sure that what they wanted was possible. My associate and I did it eventually, which was such a reading curve for me. We’ve only had a single a/c repair call from that property, so the tenants are delighted.

They had a lot of space in their compound that I thought would just be used as a garden area, although she had other ideas. They built a backyard art studio on it in addition to needed it to be furnished in a similar taste as the main house. It serves as her workplace, meditation room, greenhouse for her multiple herbs in addition to plants, in addition to home office!
