Every one of us lost our power about an minute ago & there is no sign of it coming back on, and you don’t realize how much you use power till it has been turned off. Water is also an substantial resource & when it is gone you honestly can be in for a rough day. I could have honestly used my cellphone as a hotspot but the battery was dead, imagine that. So now I am going to have to work offline till my power gets turned back on. My space heating system is cooling down now & the main HVAC method is worthless. I honestly wish I would have charged my cellphone last night but I was too out of it to do so. There is still a little bit of heat coming from the radiant heating system next to me but it is soon going to be frigid enjoy the rest of us in this house. I wonder why the power went off in the first site? I know the local business next to me is being tested by the local supplier & they honestly cut a power line or something, & it could be minutes till all of us get it turned back on again. This is enjoyable with me because I can take my cellphone to a cafe & tap into their WIFI for a few minutes. My HVAC device writing work can be done offline, but using the WIFI at a local business would make it a lot easier to get done. I will head down there now to the cafe & do some work there.

 

No power & heat

Every one of us just began the month of April & the weather is finally going to beginning shifting to the higher part of the thermometer finally.

It has been frigid here since the beginning of October & I am ready for some warmer weather, however my hands & feet have been frozen for the past several months & I am ready for them to beginning thawing out again.

I get tired of wearing all of these layers of Winter time clothes & taking them off & on each time I come beach apartment & leave. Summer is nice because I wear shorts & have air conditioning in my flat to keep us all cool, however i do a lot less laundry in the summertime & it is a lot easier for me because all of us have no dryer & I have to hang them on the rooftop. The mini chop cooling system in my living room keeps me nice & cool while also keeping the air quality enjoyable because of the HEPA filter it has in it. I enjoy how it makes a nice humming sound too, which drowns out the sound of the people get togethering in the bar next to our building. It can get kind of loud there at night, but with an media air cleaner & a small cooling system unit for colorless noise, I hardly hear a thing the whole summer time season. This year is going to be enjoyable because all of us are going to be playing music a lot & it should be packed here for the summer, so all of us can make a enjoyable amount of cash while having fun.

When I went to the furniture expo, I was told there would be several interior designer in the building.

I was hoping I could not just see the new style furniture I would be getting in the furniture store, but I wanted to get some good interior design help.

My furniture showroom wasn’t getting much attention lately. I hoped that with some good interior design help, I could find new ways to showcase the furniture and help it sell. I wanted to give interior design help to my clients so they can picture what the furniture is going to look like in their homes. I had been arranging furniture in collections for years, but it wasn’t working. I wanted to set up vignettes that showed mixed styles of furniture that formed a cohesive and pleasing atmosphere. I had once considered going to school for interior design, but it wasn’t in my budget at the time. Now, I was relegated to selling furniture and hoping for interior design help. I found one interior designer and she asked what kind of information I was looking for. I told her about my vignette scenarios and she smiled. I found out she lived about ten miles from my furniture store. She offered to come to the furniture store and give me a lot of interior design help. She didn’t have a shop yet, but told me she could business if my customers like her interior designs, and I would sell furniture and learn how to do what she did at the same time. It was a match made in at an expo.

 

Interior design help

I live over an hour’s drive from the nearest fitness center or organized gym.

It’s simply not possible to maintain a membership. The weather in my local area is severe. For approximately eight straight months, there’s snow on the ground and temperatures below freezing. The spring and fall tend to be windy, rainy and chilly. Summers are especially hot and humid. Finding the right conditions to go for a run or a bike ride is rare. Most of the time, it’s necessary to workout at home and inside. I’ve set up a decent home gym. Since I exercise every single day, it’s important to me to have a comfortable space and sufficient equipment. However, the larger machines are extremely expensive. Buying a jump rope, free weights and yoga mat wasn’t a big investment. Adding a mini trampoline and some battle ropes didn’t affect my budget all that much. I needed to save up before I was able to purchase a stationary bike. I love the bike. The seat is super comfortable and the operation is quiet. I can workout with the bike while the rest of the family is watching television or sleeping and not disrupt anyone. I’m able to read on my iPad while I pedal. The bike offers a variety of programs. I can customize the workout by duration, distance or calories burned. I can make the session more challenging by adding resistance or pedaling faster. The bike also keeps track of my workouts, and I like to compete against my personal best. It’s helpful that the bike works my muscles, gets my heart pumping and inspires a sweat without any damaging impact on my joints.

I had repairs done on my furnace just three weeks ago, and once again there was something wrong.

It was getting hot in my house, because the furnace wouldn’t quit running. The HVAC technician told me he had put a new igniter in the furnace, and it was supposed to be a good one. He had replaced the igniter two months ago, when winter started. Three weeks ago, he replaced the igniter again, and he was back now. I was tired of coming home to a house where the furnace never turned off and it was eighty-five degrees. I wanted to turn the thermostat up, not turn it down. Even turning the thermostat down wasn’t going to help. If we shut the furnace off, we wouldn’t get the igniter lit again. We had to let the furnace run until the HVAC company got a new igniter and put it in the house. When I tell the story, it sounds funny, but it really isn’t. My temper was rising along with the heat. I called the HVAC company and told them the igniter switch broke again. It took my husband almost thirty minutes to get it relit, and we didn’t want to turn it back off. It was worse going with no heat when it was twenty degrees outside. Instead, we were sitting in our home, feeling like a turkey must feel when it is being slowly roasted. The HVAC technician told me it would take two days to get the new ignition switch. I told him he had two hours to get to the house and fix it, or I was going to call the owner of the HVAC company. This whole thing was beyond ridiculous.
