My husband Jack has been a plumber for almost 10 years now; He runs a small business, where he has 1 section time employee who helps him out during the stressed season, and so, needless to say, Jack is pretty much a a single-man-team for most of the year, and the business is successful, as well as he makes a wonderful living at it, but lately he has been thinking about expanding, recently, he landed a major project from a local construction business who does work for the federal government, and up until that point, Jack had never thought about applying for government contracts because he believed that his business was too small to be awarded anything! But now that he has been awarded the subcontract from this construction dealer, he seems to be interested in possibly applying himself, and personally, I guess certainly little about federal contracts, in fact, the only thing I guess is that billions of dollars are set aside each year for them. I don’t guess if there are many contracts that require plumbing services, so that will be something that Jack will need to research; And if he does find contracts for plumbing services, openings are, he’ll need some help executing them. This means he would have to hire a team of workers or perhaps acquire a few plumbers from a staffing dealer; Either way, he would easily need some help, however jack is planning on applying for his first contract once he fully executes his modern subcontract. Until then, both of us will do the research to determine if there are federal contracts for plumbing services. I hope that there are some because winning a federal contract is a sure way to grow his plumbing business.

When I was condo hunting, I saw a lot of houses that were too dark & would need extra lighting… I felt care about iI was in a mausoleum, the a single condo was so dark! Even with all the oddities of the houses, there was a single that stood out in my mind, & I will never forget, this condo had so much lighting that it was blinding. This may have been nice if they had little natural light, however there was natural lighting coming from the skylights in every room, & there were windows everywhere. This condo must have been an electrician’s dream come true. The light bulbs alone would cost a advantage to replace. I asked why they were selling the house, & the lady told myself and others they were getting older. They had no grandyoungsters that visited, & she couldn’t take care of the house, and when she told myself and others her wife was an electrician, it was easy to understand why there was so much lighting in the home! As an electrician, she had to keep busy, even if she was retired, but both of us didn’t buy the house, however it was worth the experience just to go see it.

When our heat turned on for the first last year, I heard of mayflies nesting in HVAC duct before.
