I have never won anything in our entire life.

I had entered plenty of contests plus even played the lottery many times.

I even gambled in casinos plus never once have I won! Well, recently the local heating plus a/c company that I use had a contest where they were giving away 2 portable a/cs to the winner. It cost nothing to enter plus was available to loyal correct customers of the heat plus cooling system corporation. So I entered. And guess what? I was the winner! It was the easily first time in our life that I had won anything plus I am pushing 50 years old! Now easily I didn’t need any portable a/cs because I already have 1 in the event of an Heating plus Air Conditioning emergency. However, when it is free of course I will take it. The extra 2 portable a/cs that I now have could be of use for Heating plus Air Conditioning emergencies also to where I could cool other rooms in the beach house as well if the central heating plus a/c happens to go out in the warm summer. I will not sell these because they are a token of the fact that I easily won something in our life. I do not think if I will ever win anything again. It is doubtful based on our past history with this sort of thing. But you never know. Maybe this winning of the free portable a/cs from the local heat plus cooling system company was an omen plus the beginning of the turn of luck for me when it comes to entering contests.

After the heating plus cooling worker looked at everything it was decided plus discovered that the reason for our air flow problems was because our air duct had not been cleaned in a long time! So what was needed was a deep air duct cleaning

I had been having major air flow problems with our central heating plus a/c as of lately. I easily wasn’t sure why because our heating plus cooling device is pretty new, plus I constantly change the air filter of our central heating plus a/c when needed. I was easily dumbfounded. So I finally broke down plus made that cellphone call to our local heating plus a/c company to have them send out a certified heat plus cooling system specialist to look into the problems I have been having with our central heating plus a/c unit. After the heating plus cooling worker looked at everything it was decided plus discovered that the reason for our air flow problems was because our air duct had not been cleaned in a long time! So what was needed was a deep air duct cleaning. It was going to cost more than a standard air duct cleaning, however what choice did I have? If I did not get this air duct cleaning done I would eventually have a completely broken plus unfixable central heating plus a/c, plus I would have super high electric bills from having to crank the heating plus the a/c all of the time just to get a somewhat standard temperature in our home. So I went for it. And after the deep air duct cleaning was all said plus done our central heating plus a/c was finally working normal again plus I had fantastic air flow throughout our enthusiastic home.

The last time I had to stay in a hotel while on company there was a problem with the central heating plus a/c. Not in the entire hotel thankfully, however just the heating plus cooling device that was in our room. It seemed to not be working respectfully plus kept turning on plus off no matter what I did with the temperature control. So I had to report this to the front desk plus have them provide me another room all together. It was a challenge at first because they had to find another room as the hotel was pretty packed. But they finally were able to locate 1 on the other side of the building. This was a rather massive hotel. A 4 star 1 too. It was just that our luck had it that the central heating plus a/c was not working right in the room they originally gave to me, once I got to the new better room the central heating plus a/c was working as respectfully as it should have been in the other room. I had no problems setting the temperature control, everything worked right plus when I turned on the heating or the a/c it stayed on. When I turned it off, it shut off. I was only at this hotel for a few afternoons, however it was warm out so I for sure needed respectfully working a/c. The central a/c was fantastic at the hotel plus I ended up having a nice stay once I got the new room.

My beach house can get a bit chilly this time of the year even with central heating.

So what I do to take the chill out of the rooms I am in within the beach house is use our portable space heater; With our portable space furnace it evens out the uneven temperatures.

I went out plus purchased the portable space furnace because of this. The portable space furnace is something that easily does help. This is because up-to-date portable space oil furnaces are much more powerful than the outdated portable space oil furnaces from years ago. The portable space furnace that I have easily works well to take the chill out of the uneven temperatures. I could have went out plus purchased a zoned heating plus a/c which would have taken care of the issue. However, I can not spend that kind of money… Zoned heating plus a/cs also known as Heating plus Air Conditioning zone control cost way too much money for this average working class joe to be able to afford. So the portable space furnace does the trick in taking the chill out of the beach house when the weather gets chilly plus our central furnace just isn’t working right to sizzling up everything. There is nothing wrong with our central heating plus a/c, it is just that our beach house is built rather odd which causes these uneven temperatures. In the Summer time I have the same issue, so I use a portable a/c at that point plus do the same thing with the cooling in the house.

For breakfast, I have an apple with kefir, followed by my yoga routine. It is important to me to drink kefir instead of yogurt because it is filled with probiotics and has more strains of great bacteria. For me, morning yoga is as essential as brushing my teeth. I have been doing it every morning for the past 12 years. I practice yoga to keep my body loose and flexible, and to train my mind to be patient and consistent. As soon as I finish my yoga, I will work on cleaning up the indoor air pollen levels in this beach house. I have noticed a lot more dust than before, and I think I may need an air purifier for the entire beach house. My plan is to buy one of those ppm meters this week in order to check the air quality since I have been sneezing a lot lately. Our HEPA filter in the central air equipment was clean, so I guess I need to take an extra step to make the air cleaner. I will stop by the hardware store that sells air cleaners to see which ones they have and how they work. While ductwork cleaning solved our dust issue a few weeks ago, I still have an issue with dust being everywhere. There must be a lot of dust in the walls or attic in my old beach house, so I need to remove it as soon as possible.
